This notice explains how BuyDiscordAccounts handles personal data from visitors and customers.

What we collect from you

The email address on your order, the messages you send to support, and technical records of each visit: IP address, browser and time. We never need your own Discord login, and nobody from support will ask for your password, token or codes.

What we record about orders

Which listing you bought and how many, the amount paid, the account lines delivered to you (email, password, token, 2FA key or backup codes), and the confirmation the payment provider returns. Card and wallet numbers stay with that provider.

Purposes

Delivering the accounts, emailing the delivery, handling warranty tickets and replacements, stopping fraudulent payments, and keeping the bookkeeping records the law asks for.

Who receives it

The companies that process our payments, host the site and send our email, each only for its own part of that work. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Cookies

Only those needed to keep you signed in, hold your cart and protect checkout. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long, and your requests

Delivered account lines are kept until the warranty on that order can no longer be claimed; payment and order records for the period the law requires; visit logs for a short time. Ask for a copy, a correction or erasure through the Contact page, writing from the email you ordered with.
